Shipping & Delivery

Regardless of the delivery method, you will receive an email when all your products have left our distribution center.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

You will receive a phone call once your order is ready for pick-up at the store. In-store pick-up orders arrive at the same time as the store delivery, which is indicated during the checkout process. The original receipt or e-mail receipt is required at the time of pick-up.

Please ensure the vehicle used for the pick-up will accommodate the merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies on merchandise leaving the Grif & Graf store in its original packaging. Grif & Graf personnel is not responsible for loading the merchandise into your vehicle and cannot be held responsible for merchandise that cannot be loaded into your vehicle due to the weight and/or dimensions of the merchandise. Orders that are not picked up within 14 days of becoming available for pick-up will be cancelled and not refunded. Some exceptions may apply, see product pages for details.

UPS STANDARD GROUND & CANADA POST

We offer delivery anywhere in Canada. Orders shipped to the customer's place ship, via UPS Standard Ground or Canada Post, no later than the next business day. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the destination and weight of the parcel. Orders shipped via UPS or Canada Post are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm. Please note that a signature may be required upon reception of the order.

Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more in areas considered not distant by the carrier. If the destination is considered remote by the carrier, the delivery will be free for orders from $300.

Considering the end of the activities of certain mail carriers, please note that orders to be delivered to home will not be produced between December 24, 2021 and January 4, 2022.

PACKAGING

All our home delivered products are packaged in individual boxes and protected from impact with a hardwood panel and our polyethylene corners.

INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY

Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased and that they are not defective. Your packing slip will be affixed to one of your boxes in a plastic envelope.
